Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date they are delivered.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags. Clearance items are not eligible for change of mind returns. These exclusions do not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law.

Approved return shipping is free for customers within Australia. International customers are responsible for return postage on change of mind returns.

This NBA jersey is non local stock and is fulfilled through one of our trusted international partners.

Orders placed before 4:00 pm AEST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm AEST, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Delivery generally takes 10 15 business days within Australia and up to 18 business days worldwide. Tracking may show limited updates until your parcel reaches the final stage of its journey and is handed to the local carrier. This does not mean your order has not been dispatched.

Occasionally, an order may be redirected through our Sydney showroom before final delivery. This is already accounted for within the stated delivery timeframe. Once it reaches our showroom, we send it to you by express delivery straight away.
