Shipping Policy

At Kit Haus, we keep shipping simple: quick dispatch, clear delivery windows, and no surprises. Some of our range is locally stocked in Sydney for fast Australia-wide delivery, while the rest is fulfilled through our trusted international partners.

Dispatch & Order Cut-Off

Orders placed before 4:00PM AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Local Stock (Australia)

All NRL, Rugby, F1, MLB and NFL jerseys are locally stocked in Australia. Football and NBA jerseys marked “Local Stock” also ship directly from our Sydney warehouse for faster delivery.

Local stock orders are sent via Australia Post, with delivery typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Non-Local Stock

All other jerseys not listed as local stock are shipped through our trusted international partners. These orders are fulfilled on the same business day; tracking details become available once your parcel reaches the final leg of its journey within Australia. This is normal for international fulfilment, and full tracking activates once it’s with the local carrier.

Delivery times generally range from 5–15 business days within Australia and up to 18 business days worldwide. For custom-printed items, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for production.

Orders With Local & Non-Local Items (Split Shipments)

If your order contains both local stock and non-local items, we’ll ship them separately so your local stock items reach you sooner, rather than holding everything back to send as one parcel. This means parts of your order may arrive at different times, and you may receive more than one tracking update.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is ready for its final delivery stage. If you have any concerns or would like an update on your order’s progress, please don’t hesitate to contact us, our team can look into your parcel and provide accurate delivery information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout, as this is the customer’s responsibility. Where possible, we’ll double-check your address details before dispatch and reach out if something looks off, but we can’t catch every error, so a quick review of your details before ordering goes a long way.

Delays

While we aim for quick and reliable delivery, external factors such as postal delays or customs processing can occasionally impact shipping times. We’ll always keep you informed if your order experiences any unexpected delays.
